A portfolio is a single property's problems multiplied, and then multiplied again by the fact that the owners are different people. One property is full this week, another is empty, a third had a leak. A schedule that worked for one house breaks across five. The operator holds all of it.

This is the side that holds it. The same hospitality toolkit — bookings, housekeeping, maintenance, pricing — but shaped around the rhythms of running several places at once. Properties shown together, work scheduled across them, accounts kept separate per owner.
