The invisible side
A small property runs on a hundred small decisions a day. Who's arriving tonight, what room they're in, whether housekeeping has turned it over, whether the plumber called back, whether tomorrow's pricing should hold or drop. Most of it never appears on the front-facing site a guest sees; all of it has to be right by the time the guest arrives.
This is the side that tracks it. Bookings, rooms, housekeeping schedules, maintenance, pricing — kept together in one place so the people running the property can plan deliberately rather than firefight.
